The pursuit of health, happiness, and healing are aspects that we all strive for, and that can be accelerated with additional support and insight oriented therapy. I work with children, adolescents, families, and adults. I have experience in treating a variety of conditions, such as depression, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, and behavioral issues.
Throughout the process we will explore coping skills, communication techniques, boundary setting, self-care, and meditative exercises that will best support your goals. During our sessions, I believe in creating a down-to-earth therapy experience that feels comfortable, relaxed, and accepting. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and polyamory friendly.
