I have worked in multiple settings serving families, from Social Services as a caseworker, to residential services, to individual therapy. In the individual therapy setting, I enjoy working with children and adolescents ages 4-16 incorporating play therapy and age-appropriate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My style of therapy is dynamic, hands-on, and person-centered. My goal is for children to actually look forward to coming to therapy and for parents to feel like they are an active part of their child’s growth outside of therapy. I am experienced in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma and parenting support.
