Accepting new clients with BCBS, Aetna, United Healthcare, Tricare, and self-pay. I am CPP in-network for BCBS State Plans. Hello! Whether you are new to counseling, or returning, you may be experiencing many thoughts and feelings. You are not alone, and I am here to walk with you on your mental health journey. Counseling can be scary and at times, challenging. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental space for you to explore issues, learn healthy new ways of thinking, and practice new skills.
Currently I am accepting adults 18+ for individual therapy. My primary areas of focus are anxiety, anger, depression, life transitions, grief, stress, self-esteem, parenting skills, trauma, communication concerns, and relationship issues.
Remember, if you don’t know exactly what your goals look like, that is ok. Through this therapeutic relationship we will work together to explore your goals. I am a strong advocate that you are the expert of your own life and therefore, I will meet you where you are at, and we will work together to reach your goals. I look forward to hearing from you!
