It's my honor to serve individuals as they work toward progress in health and well-being. Taking the first step to getting help is brave, but I understand it can be overwhelming. I hope to provide information that will allow you to address recent or past trauma, learn coping skills, heal attachment wounds, navigate current challenges, understand origins of current struggles, and make the best choices for your future. I work with motivated teens and adults. I am trained in Internal Family Systems, EMDR, CBT, CPT and TFCBT therapies. Let's work together to learn how each part of you has unique needs and how we can meet each of them.

I am a trauma specialist and offer Christ-centered care. I treat a range of issues including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, grief, loss, neurodiversity, life transitions, and relational issues. I have completed graduate level certificate programs in traumatic stress studies and addiction/substance-abuse treatment.

Therapy is about developing a relationship between you and your therapist, where you can progress through life challenges and work together to find solutions, understanding, and healing. I consider you the expert on you. We will work together to explore solutions that will work for you, your life, and your family.
