My goal is to provide a safe space to get curious about the coping mechanisms and habits that may have served you in the past, but now hinder your growth. I take a holistic approach to therapy, incorporating both the body and the mind to encourage healing on multiple levels. The ultimate intention is your wellness—however you define it.
I acknowledge that structural and institutional oppressions play a significant role in the harm done to so many members of our society. I believe we deserve to honor those struggles, while also focusing on what we have some control over in the healing process. Healing in the face of oppression can be a radical act of defiance, resilience, and love.
