I feel honored to walk alongside others in their life journey. I believe that everyone has a unique outlook on life and deserves to live into their potential. My goal as a therapist is to create space for people to find healing, and grow in awareness of their innate strengths and abilities. You are the expert on your life, and together we can work towards healing and wholeness. Therapy can be nerve-wracking and scary, especially if it’s a new thing, and I value the courage it takes to enter into a new space and be vulnerable. I’ve been there too!
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults and LGBTQ+ clients. I have partnered with people who have experienced various obstacles including trauma, anxiety, depression, self-injurious behavior, suicidal ideation, relational or general stress, and addictions. I am trained in EMDR, DBT and sand tray therapy.
