Welcome to KCM Therapy! I partner with teens, adults, and families to turn conflict into connection. Using evidence based practice, I help clients better understand their symptoms and assist them to decode what their body needs to feels safe. I support adults struggling to find meaning in their particular phase of life using neuroscience, EMDR, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I work out of my Watchung office but also offer telehealth session for your convenience. As an out of network provider, I offer a monthly superbill so that each client may submit to their insurance. Often, once deductibles are reached, insurance covers most mental health costs. Please reach out with any questions about payment.
