I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of North Carolina and have a Master of Science in Human Development from Virginia Tech. Even though I am specially trained in relational work (couples and family therapy), I also see clients individually. I have a background working with various ages including children aged 7+ to pre-teens, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. I have experience working with various issues, including communication, conflict, depression, anxiety, anger management, self-esteem, emotional regulation, ADHD, relational problems, family issues, and phase of life concerns.
I believe in creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, values, and goals. I utilize a combination of different therapeutic approaches such as CBT, Solution Focused, Structural, and strengths-based techniques to tailor the treatment to best fit your specific needs and goals.
