I am a licensed professional clinical counselor and supervisor that believes in addressing the root causes of mental health challenges and how they are inextricably intertwined with physical health. My main speciality has been working with clients that have experienced trauma. I'm EMDR trained, TF CBT trained, and I'm a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
