We have more help than you have problems. I have been walking with people in their life stories for many years. My office is a shame-free, safe place for my clients to be vulnerable, open, and to take a deeper look at what is hindering them from being the best version of themselves. Counseling is an important investment of a person's time and money. I listen actively and work hard for my clients in their sessions to help them experience the life change and healing they are looking for. Most of my therapy work is done in 3 day Counseling Intensives for individuals and couples. My Intensive fee is $8100 for 3 days.
I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), and a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT). I help men who are trapped in pornography, affairs, and sexual brokenness. I work with women partners to help them understand the impact of infidelity betrayal trauma and abuse. I also do marital counseling, and lead experiential therapy groups.
So many people are hindered by the unhealed trauma, abuse, rejection, and family of origin issues from their past. Trauma must be healed experientially. This is why I use safe, proven, experiential therapy, as well as other effective tools to help my clients find the help and hope they need.

"The Daring Way" group is based on the research and creativity of Dr. Brene' Brown. This experiential group for women and men helps people discover the ways shame keeps them living in unhealthy ways. We explore vulnerability, authenticity, and courage for identifying the underlying causes of shame, guilt, and self-defeating behaviors. We then use experiential and creative methods to start showing up in the arenas of life where we can live out the fullest expression of who we really are.
