You function well in your career, you’re responsible, and you are a motivated person. On the surface, it seems like you have everything together. Nobody would guess you struggle with depression, anxiety, or self-doubt. It’s easy to think that things aren’t that bad when you seem to function so well. But you are also tired of living this way and you know things could be better. If you want to learn to calm your nervous system, sleep better, feel more comfortable in body, and function better at work and at home, I can help you.

I work with people who struggle with depression, anxiety, and bulimia as well as people who have experienced trauma, including trauma from unnecessary gender medicine interventions. I offer exploratory therapy, including EMDR, mindfulness, and body-based interventions. I work best with adults aged 25-50.
