I’m a licensed psychologist and founder of Eagle Therapist Collective who serves teens, adults, and parents who are seeking to reduce stress in their lives and increase their self-care through therapy. My psychotherapy approach is grounded in the belief that the relationship you have with your therapist is the foundation for growth. I’ll focus on the whole “you,” and find meaning in the broader perspective as well as the smaller details of all that you brought to explore.
My current practice supports adults and parents in reducing stress and practicing self-care, teens as they navigate school, friends, and all the hurdles of pre-adulthood, and guiding parents as they provide support and nurturing to their children struggling with anxiety. I also offer psychological testing for evaluating strengths and areas of challenge.
