Welcome. I am currently not accepting new clients, but have several colleagues at Poudre Psychotherapy Partners that are accepting new clients with openings in the next 2-3 weeks. I am honored to walk along side you in your journey, and understand how hard it is to take the first step. I believe all people have the innate capacity to change. I come from a holistic lens where I view you as so much more than the challenges that you are facing. I use compassion, respect, humor (when appropriate), and a direct approach to work with you to accomplish goals.
I work with people experiencing depression, trauma, relationship issues, self esteem issues, life transitions, and alcohol misuse to make changes in their life. I use traditional approaches and an eclectic mix to identify skills and goals. I strive to create an accepting and non-judgmental environment for us to work together.
Finding the right fit with a therapist is important before diving in. I offer a free 30 minute meet and greet either over the phone or telehealth to give all clients the opportunity to ask questions before starting our work together.
