I love working with curious, motivated, and those willing to push themselves outside their comfort zone. I prefer to go deep and enjoy working with those eager to do the same. Together we will walk the line between uncomfortable and comfortable to find innovative ways of seeing ourselves. Doing so will ultimately increase your ability to manage stressors proactively and open space to allow the success and results you seek.
I love being a counselor and honestly believe this passion makes our work enjoyable. You'll be in good hands as I feel confident in navigating the trickier areas of life due to my extensive training, experience, and processing of these areas in myself.
I know how hard it is to reach out for help; I've been there too. I also know how beneficial taking this step is and how it helps create and sustain a healthier and happier life.
