My approach to healing is to encourage you to unlearn and challenge deep rooted childhood patterns and maladaptive beliefs that you are undeserving of love & nurturing relationships. I would be honored to provide you with a safe place to tell your story and challenge these beliefs. My focus is to help individuals who are breaking cycles to begin to balancing emotions, tracking the body and nervous system responses, reprocess traumatic events, break patterns of intergenerational trauma, connect with their inner child and become aware of their inner strengths.
I specialize in motherhood: perinatal, pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. My focus is to help moms identify how past trauma & attachment wounds are resurfacing during stages of motherhood. I help moms process the transition into pregnancy/motherhood, birth trauma, depression, & anxiety. Modalities I use: EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, DBT & more.
I have several years of experience working with BIPOC and LGBTQIA individuals struggling with change, acceptance & self love. I believe authenticity is important in building the therapeutic relationship to help create safety, rapport, and truly see progress. I practice from a holistic lens and honor each of my client's individual unique journey.
