I offer over 15 years’ experience in trauma-based therapy, working with individuals (adolescents & adults) and teams dealing with life challenges. These issues include depression, anxiety, relationship stress/issues, work stress, post-traumatic stress, suicidal ideation, gender issues, ADHD, grief and many more. I have had the opportunity to work in crisis intervention, intellectual disability services, prison population and active-duty service members.

In my psychotherapy practice I frequently work with clients that present with anxiety, stress, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, ADHD, illness, and grief. I will address your needs in a holistic manner which will involve a balance of your mind, spirit, and body. I am well versed in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, existential therapy, and transpersonal psychotherapy and use these in treatment to promote healing.

Many times parents can help them with the daily decisions and encourage them to develop habits that will shape their character in order to ready them for their future living these dreams.
