I help clients remove mental blocks and build resourcefulness. Through hypnotherapy and self hypnosis clients achieve the peace and well-being they desire. Since 2013 I have successfully helped many adults, teens and children to resolve many issues such as focal dystonia, sleeplessness, fears and phobias, procrastination, unhealthy food & exercise habits, creative blocks, job loss/change, as well as anxiousness stemming from past traumas such as deaths, divorce, dysfunctional family, and more.

I am a counselor who believes in disciple-ing and equipping people to realize and live out of their full identity in Christ. I specialize in counseling, trauma, addictive behaviors, women’s issues, and problems related to sexual brokenness. I love that I get to pour into others by counseling through difficult times, supervising as people find their footing in a new career, or walking alongside them through various seasons of life. I received my Master of Arts in Counseling from Cincinnati Seminary and a Masters in Strategic Leadership from Western Governors University.

My ideal client is someone who feels stuck concerning their relationships, emotions, work, finances, health, or purpose. They are looking for an identity outside of parent or worker. They are feeling depressed and hopeless lately. They are the type that is generally anxious, worried, or on edge. Their goal may be to change their life, but they are not sure how. They may have tried a ton of different self-help, spiritual, or healing modalities on their own but had moments where they have started to think it's never going to happen for them. They need to break free of nonproductive cycles and poor choices to change their lives.

I work with couples, individuals, adolescents and families covering a wide range of emotional, behavioral and relationship issues. I strive to provide a comfortable and supportive environment in which people feel safe to explore issues that keep them locked in destructive patterns. My work style is highly personalized and tailored to the individual needs of people to support insight and personal growth. I believe in a collaborative approach and relationship with my clients that preserves their right to self-determination and holds an unconditional positive regard for each person I encounter.

My desired families are those that love Jesus and want to grow in their faith. Of course, I would love and accept all clients despite religious/philosophical preferences. I have extensive experience working with couples, individuals/couples coping with trauma, coping with a phase of life, addictions, and men's issues. The single most important attribute I can provide, higher than the philosophy and the techniques of counseling, I genuinely care about every individual that steps into my care. We all need a support system that cares for our needs and can point us in the right direction when we are surrounded by darkness.

I partner with my clients and their families to promote well-being in school, at home, with peers, and within relationships. I have experience working with teens and young adults on anxiety, coping skills, emotional regulation, suicidal ideation, self-esteem, stress, and LGBTQ+ issues. As a clinician it is my goal is not to focus on treatment, but to join the client through the process of healing. The way I do this is by getting in depth understanding of hearing the narrative of my client's lived experiences and starting at the place of their choosing.
