Ashlee is a licensed social worker with 9 years of experience in child welfare, hospital, and school social work. She works with primarily women of all ages, children ages 4+, and adolescents. She uses a strengths based and goal oriented approach, but is easily able to modify technique based on each clients individual needs.

Therapy is not just for individuals with trauma, chronic mental health, or substance use difficulties. The side effects of stress/mental health fatigue can manifest itself in many different ways (poor sleep, isolation, irritability, withdrawing from interests, brain fog).
