Together we take a deep dive into examining your patterns, and how you are currently functioning. Some of these patterns may be causing you pain and health problems. We sift through these emotions, gain a broader perspective, and identify tasks and actions outside of habitual responses that move you towards your goals. I am a firm believer that making the decision to address your issues takes a great deal of courage and bravery. Many of us come from circumstances or environments that encourage us to push through pain by burying it, outworking it, or avoiding it. While these coping skills help us to survive, they don't necessarily encourage us to thrive. As a therapist with psychodynamic training and extensive life coaching experience, it is important to me that our sessions focus on identifying where core issues are coming from, encourage collaborative problem solving, as well as create space for intentional goal setting.

My passion for helping people has always been a part of who I am. Most of my interest and education in mental health was born from my own adversity and life challenges. I offer Christian life coaching and aim to support individuals who want to grow in their marriage, parenting, or ability to work through stress management, eating disorders, and trauma. I utilize homework, reading and skill development to accelerate the client's progress and assist them in feeling better sooner.
