Hi everyone. My name is Nikki! I have yet to meet a single person, including myself, who can honestly say that they have never lost their way on this crazy journey we call life. You know, I once read, “Do not go where the path may lead; go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.” At times, we may become unbalanced. We all have strength within us, beautiful wings that can allow us to fly. I partner with my clients to help them regain their footing and find their way on their life journey - regardless of the difficulties they may be facing.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Illinois and have been working in these fields for the past twelve years with ages 2 through 90. I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, grief, autism, developmental disorders, self-esteem, relationships, ADHD, and defiance.
This is your journey. We will move forward at your pace. The importance is the meaning gained in taking small steps toward your goals. The goal is to make a connection between every step forward so we can apply what we have learned.
