I treat children, adolescents, couples and family in a variety of therapeutic means. I have used cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, EMDR, behavioral, and eclectic therapies in addition to others. I also have experience working with behavioral, mood, anxiety, conduct and other specialties. I appreciate diversity and love working with others of various cultures, abilities and races.

I have over 20 years of clinical experience helping individuals with a variety of life challenges. Some of the issues that I specialize in are: anxiety, depression, addiction, substance abuse, life transitions, and grief and loss. As a licensed clinical social worker, I work in collaboration with my clients to maximize individual and family functioning. I create a safe, caring and non-judgmental environment for immigrant families facing intergenerational problems, marital discord, emotional and psychological problems, arising from adaptation to a foreign culture. I have considerable experience in community mental health and child welfare, helping people with complex multiple issues.

I am passionate about providing counseling for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I enjoy working with diverse cultural backgrounds, all sexual orientations and gender, and advocating for clients. I use an integrative treatment pulling from Humanistic, Systems, Trauma-Informed, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy while incorporating expressive therapy techniques for individual clients. For couples therapy, I use the Emotionally Focused Couples therapy techniques to help couples understand and dismantle unhealth conflict cycles.
