Above all else, I believe in empowerment of my clients to be the best, most self-aware, versions of themselves. I am particularly skilled in bringing a warm and comforting approach as we dive into difficult topics. I have also done extensive work with domestic violence.

Rajashree Ranu Iyer, LCPC, approach is simultaneously compassionate and straightforward. Those seeking her services may experience her as a clinician who gets right to the heart of the issue, speaks with honesty and integrity, and encourages her clients to be the best version of themselves. Ranu earned a graduate degree in counseling and special education from Southern Illinois University. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil, she supports adolescents and third culture kids navigate the difficulties in life.

Dr. Noble is a Licensed Psychologist. She received her doctorate degree from Regent University and completed her pre-doctoral and post-doctoral internship at the Chicago Christian Training Consortium. One of Dr. Noble's most precious life roles is in having the opportunity to walk alongside individuals, as they reveal vulnerable aspects of their lives for which they are seeking support. It's such a treasured space for her to work in and it is an honor for her to journey with her patients. This is the reason that she chose this calling.

Britain Dunaway is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with extensive experience in helping individuals and families navigate complex and challenging issues. He graduated with a Master’s in Counseling from Lincoln Christian University and has been dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapy since 2008. Brit’s professional journey includes significant work with families and schools in the crisis department at Children’s Home, where he addressed issues such as suicide, depression, aggressive behaviors, cutting, inappropriate social media use, and school difficulties.

Lisa Fix, LCPC Hello. I am a licensed clinical professional counselor with over 30 years of experience. I had a difficult upbringing and needed to do my own work in therapy, so I know what it can be like to be in the "other chair. " I will meet you where you are and strive for you to feel seen and heard. I received a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Illinois State University. I am qualified to work with a full gamut of issues including depression, anxiety, stress, grief, adjustment problems, relationship/family issues and struggling with sense of self.

Claire Leech is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Illinois. Claire completed her Bachelor's in Psychology at Bradley University and received her Master's in Counseling at Lincoln Christian University. Claire strives to create an environment of safety and comfort for clients to work through the events that bring them to therapy. She believes in meeting her clients where they are and partnering with them to create goals to overcome their struggles and live the life they desire.

As a therapist and human being, I believe in the power of counseling and its success at different times in one's life, whether for the purpose of personal growth or to address more serious mental health concerns or problematic behaviors. Natasha N. Allen is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Illinois who has been practicing since 2022. She has a Master of Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Natasha is willing to shift her approach when necessary, so that all clients are met where they are at. She will at times employ modalities such as Person Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Karen Gilmore is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois who has been practicing since 2012. She has a BA in Psychology/Religion from Greenville University and an MSW from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Karen treats patients who experience trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, interpersonal relationship difficulties, disruptions of sleep, behavioral issues related to nutrition, workplace targeting, betrayal trauma, and chronic pain and fatigue. Karen is a mom of four adult children and a grandmother of two, and she enjoys swimming, woodworking and creating her own designs for projects.

Anna Liszka, LCPC, meets clients where they are and sets realistic goals to help them achieve their greatest potential. By creating a safe, relaxed, non-judgmental space for clients to be their authentic selves, Anna accepts her clients for who they are and welcomes people from all backgrounds. After earning a graduate degree from Bradley University in 2019, Anna worked in a residential setting with children experiencing mood and behavioral disorders. She then transitioned to private practice, enabling her to assist clients from various backgrounds.

I was fortunate to have received outstanding academic training as well as exceptional clinical and research opportunities (Northwestern University Medical School; University of Chicago Hospitals) that helped me develop a unique skill-set and expertise to help patients resolve a wide variety of difficulties that inhibit them from functioning at their optimal levels of emotional health and wellness. My clinical practice is empirically (research) based. This "best practice“ approach incorporates the latest empirically-based research findings from the fields of clinical psychology, health psychology and behavioral medicine.

It was Irvin Yalom who said something to the effect that "psychotherapy is like a dress rehearsal for life". With this said, it is my intention to not only offer you support in therapy but to also help you generalize the skills you learn in therapy and apply them in your outside life and relationships. I specialize in anger and anxiety management for adults and adolescents. I hold an Anger Management Certification. I also enjoy working with highly intelligent adults and teens who have a difficult time adjusting and adapting socially. This includes working with individuals on the high functioning end of the Autism scale.

Jori Sparry graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a major in Psychology and a minor in Religious Studies. She completed a Master of Science degree with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2000. She was trained by William Boylin, Ph.D., who was supervised and trained by Carl Whitaker M.D. (a founding father of family therapy) in family systems and the creator of Symbolic Experiential Therapy. She has worked in a number of various settings including inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation, foster care/adoption, and a crisis stabilization home for teenagers.
