With over 20 years of experience as a clinical counselor, my specialties include: art therapy, trauma resolution, treatment of anxiety and mood disorders, as well as creating a meaningful and satisfying life and handling unexpected or overwhelming life stressors. My practice is highly individualized, focusing on client and family strengths to promote healthy patterns of communication and positive regard.

I love to work with adults and adolescents who are feeling stuck in an area of their life, be it personal, professional, or related to family/relationships.
