My approach to helping my clients includes traditional therapy and Equine Assisted Therapy. I specialize in both individual and marriage counseling building coping skills, communication skills and decreasing conflicts. I am also experienced in working with military veterans, families, adults, and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, or PTSD symptoms.
