Whether you want to find relationship communication improvement, understand your behaviors, desire more harmony in life, overcome procrastination, or wanting to feel “normal” despite a trauma history, I am here to support you and hold space in a healing way. As your therapist, I will be by your side as we identify and walk through any blocks, negative patterns, negative beliefs, or trauma histories that feel overwhelming or impossible to face. I am committed to helping you shift the negative momentum that is creating life turbulence, to smoother sailing and a happier, easier life.
My ideal client is one that is ready to change and move towards the life they want. My clients are supported with customized treatment to their individual needs. I believe strongly in the need for humans to have attachment support through connection. Using the therapeutic connection, we can find solutions.
Beginning the journey towards peace, happiness, love, and life satisfaction, can feel overwhelming and impossible.
