I assist the client in rearranging the pieces of the wellness lifestyle puzzle: Physical, Spiritual, Social, Mental, Emotional, Intellectual, Financial, and Occupational.
My practice is called I C.A.R.E. Wellness Services, LLC. (I Counsel to Achieve Results that are Empowering) I also provide services to young people through a 501c3 non-profit organization, S.M.A.R.T. Girl, Incorporated which values Self-Esteem, Motivation, Actualization, Resiliency, and Tenacity.
