I have 12 years of experience in treating adults with depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, personality disorders, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. Each of the therapies I utilize complement one another in helping us to understand a piece of the puzzle that makes us human, including: EMDR, DBT, CBT, Schema, Mindfulness, ACT, and Somatic Therapy.
