Anger Management
Many people struggle with anger. At Waters of Renewal, we help clients learn techniques and strategies that really help in daily life, so that our clients can take control of their own reactions and outcomes. This group is run by our sister program, Waters of Renewal, and is for people who want to work on learning tools and reactions to use when angry. It can also be used for those who are court-ordered. Women's Self-Esteem and Support Group
This group is for women and meets in person in our office in Rockville. Support and receive support from other women, learn tools to improve self-esteem and self-confidence. Please feel free to email us to ask for more information or to sign up. We look forward to seeing you. We have two groups meeting currently, one on Mondays at 7:30pm and one on Thursdays at 6pm.

This group is lovingly prepared for new moms, whether feel you are dealing with postpartum depression, changes in your body, changes in your life routines, relationships.
