My story is unusual. After a thirty-four-year career on a Wall St. trading floor, I decided to return to my alma mater to get a Masters of Mental Health Counseling degree forty-four years after receiving my undergraduate business degree at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. The underlying impetus was losing my wife of thirty-nine years to cancer. My overall life's knowledge and experience coupled with my psychological training and a sincere desire to help others through their biggest challenges motivate my counseling style and enable it to be both unique and effective.
Specializations in grief, caregiver and chronic illness, youth, trauma, and marital counseling involving difficulties with depression, anxiety, chronic stress, and issues involving a lack of self-confidence, communication, and/or interpersonal skills.
