I have experience working with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety and depression, and I also work with people experiencing life transitions, grief, anger, performance declines, workplace stress, conflict, and men's issues. I have helped couples in all chapters of a relationship, from pre-marital to post-divorce. My experience also includes working with children and adolescents and their families addressing personal, childhood, and parenting issues as well as teaching social skills.

In my years of experience, I have come to believe in the capacity of people to change. If we are feeling stuck in some ways, I don't think its because we want to be miserable or are in some way a "bad" person. We may simply lack the right kind of support to find our way out.
