My goal is to help you to understand yourself holistically - mind, body, and soul and to coach you on your journey to a life you love. I use a variety of treatment tools and techniques, including EMDR, that are designed to reach specific goals. My focus is on clients who have suffered trauma. I work with all age groups, and I am confident that we will accomplish results.

I like to provided a relaxed atmosphere where we can explore your life story, find your strengths, direction and start helping you to heal. I have had the opportunity to work with people of all ages from older adults to teens and children as small as 3 years old with variety of experiences from life changes, anxiety/ depression, families, behavior issues, lgbtq issues, careers, biploar, schizoaffective, psychosis and more.

I love what I do.....I have been doing it for 28 years.....I am the kind of therapist that understands the value of psychotherapy because I have been a client at different times in my life. I know that we all need a safe place to talk, in which confidentiality is as important as feeling accepted. I love working with clients that are dealing with a variety of anxiety disorders as well as people with self esteem issues including people that seems to have a need to please others. I am passionate about Integrative Breathwork and Transpersonal Psychology in which we explore the needs of the mind body and spirit. Fluent in Spanish.
