I am Joseph Manu, a licensed therapist. I am licensed in Georgia with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with depression, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, intimacy related issues, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, compassion, and non-judgmental. I completed my Master of Science (MS) degree in Professional Counseling at Grand Canyon University. I have passion to work with Pre-Teens, Adolescents, and Adults who are dealing with low self-esteem, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, marital issues

Counseling compels us to take a hard look at reality and face the truth however tough and take one step toward our "ideal self." I like to listen and empower individuals to live their best life. I am also not afraid to gently confront and hold you accountable to your goals.

Today’s world moves fast, and as such it often requires us to move just as fast or get swept downstream. In these times we often doubt ourselves, our strengths, abilities, and our own innate power. Taking the first step for help when getting swept up is scary. Whether it is depression and anxiety, family and relationship issues, identity or existential issues, or even career conflicts, I am here to help my clients navigate.

They might be wrestling with questions about who they are or seeking strategies for managing stress and tough emotions.
