Since 1991, I have worked with many individuals helping them to overcome fears, resolve interpersonal conflicts, understand themselves, identify and avoid negative life patterns and overall personal growth. I especially enjoy working with couples in helping them to understand and improve their relationships.

Anxiety, stress, depression, PTSD, obsessions, grief, anger, relationships, marriage, parenting, adjusting to life situations and dealing with events from the past are some areas where I have extensive training and experience. For marriage and marriage preparation, I often help with communication, personality differences and conflict resolution.

I enjoy helping children, adolescents, and adults face their current challenges and find a path to wellness that allows them to flourish. I have experience working with a variety of clients of all ages. Areas of focus often include anxiety/stress, ADHD, depression, self-esteem, behavioral problems at home or school, social skills, life changes/transitions, toxic job recovery, OCD, compulsive thoughts, ASD, and more. I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where all that enter my door feel heard, empowered and safe to examine what is not working for them and find new habits.

I am an integrative psychotherapist, combining traditional psychotherapy with science based mind-body approaches to restore and enhance emotional, mental, and physiological balance, health, and well-being.
