My desire is to help individuals, couples and families restore healthy communication, intimacy, and increase relationship patterns. I also work with emotional abuse in the family unit, blended family issues, grief depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. As a military spouse, I understand the challenges with military life. I focus on a safe environment where clients can experience change that fosters growth and understanding to bring a healthy balance back to life. Under direct supervision of Denise Rountree.

I'm a licensed clinical social worker providing a faith based perspective when working with my clients. My goal is to help my clients with life transitions, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, confidence, and coping with grief and loss. I strive to provide my clients a safe place to share their hearts, struggles, challenges, shame, and insecurities without judgement.

Going through life existing but not living, screaming on the inside but displaying a different image on the outside can feel overwhelming.
