I am trained in the specific evidence-based treatment modalities for anyone who is contemplating suicide, including Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS), Cognitive Therapy for Suicidal Patients (CT-SP), Attachment Based Family Therapy (ABFT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
Having grown up in a third world country, overcoming the challenges on adjusting to a new environment required seeking help.
