My primary areas of focus include, but are not limited to: ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Relationship Struggles, Parenting, Military Members & Families, and Adjustment issues.
My commitment as your counselor is to help you gain a better understanding of yourself and your personal experiences. My goal as your counselor is to provide you with the space and skills to move from where you are to where you want to be.
