For 30-years I have specialized in diagnostic evaluation, educational therapy and parenting consultation and in doing so I have designed a comprehensive method for richly describing, organizing and addressing children's social/emotional, behavioral and learning strengths and weaknesses. For each and every child and family I work with my solitary goal is to develop a deeper understanding or your child's unique social, emotional, behavioral and learning profile. I work closely with parents in collaboration before, during and beyond the evaluation.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor & a Qualified Clinical Supervisor. I provide comprehensive individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults with a wide variety of challenges. My passion is helping individuals enhance their relationships and discover their strengths as well as accomplish goals and live in a positive state of mind. During the past 10 years I've worked at the management level for UM-Department of Psychiatry, Department of Juvenile Justice & Orange County Public School system.

I am Dr. Saunders, a Licensed Psychologist and Director of our practice. I have over 20 years of experience providing comprehensive Psychological, Neuropsychological, and Forensic Psychology Services. I have worked as a Clinical Psychotherapist helping Addiction, bipolar, schizophrenic, and mental health challenged individuals using positive reinforcement, assertive training, and other behavioral methods to help clients become more independent. "I love working with the family".  For many years I have worked as an IOP Mental Health clinician where I excel at dynamic integrated treatment groups. My many clinical experiences have encouraged me to develop my theory Belief - Action - Discipline.

As a dedicated Behavioral Health Professional, my journey is rooted in personal experiences with mental health challenges. I've worked closely with individuals facing similar struggles with mental health and addiction in various settings, from inpatient to outpatient facilities, my local community, or my hometown in the Philippines; my commitment extends across borders. I understand firsthand the daily psychological battles nearly one in eight people face, and my own struggles have fueled my life's mission to guide others on their healing journey.

Elizabeth Lugo graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling. She has been working in the field for over 15 years and has specialized in trauma counseling in children and adults with diagnosis like PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Borderline personality, and OCD. She now works in her private practice at Trauma and Wellness Counseling Center where she provides Teletherapy services. She is also pursuing her PhD in Counseling at UCF.

Gilson Da Silva is a Mental Health Counselor, fluent in English and Portuguese, who aims to assist individuals, children, couples, families and groups that might be dealing with issues affecting their mental health and well-being. Gilson adapts a partnership style, working with his clients to improve their mental health, encouraging them to discuss emotions and experiences, defining goals and developing action plans, while gaining insight during the therapeutic process. Gilson is well versed in a variety of issues such as anxiety, aging, depression, grief, parenting issues, relationships, self-image, stress and suicide.

My ideal client is one willing to work through the process together as a team and communicate openly about therapy and what they are going through. I am happy to help make communication easier in any way possible and emphasize this with all clients.

Rico has years of experience as a counselor and also holds a teaching and social worker certification. Rico has a foundation working with students, individuals, and families who struggle with a wide range of mental health issues such as: depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, grief, and more. Rico takes special interest in building a positive, caring therapeutic rapport to ensure the client feels safe and well supported regardless of the issue(s). Rico helps clients identify their core issues and develop a treatment plan that has a client-centered focus that maximizes personal strengths and promote empowerment.

I earned my Ph.D. from the University of Florida in Clinical Psychology, with a focus on child/pediatrics, but work with patients of all ages. My specialty is in anxiety, OCD, and phobias, but I also work with a variety of other mental health issues, including body-focused repetitive behaviors, such as tics, hair pulling, and skin picking behaviors.
