English
| español I am a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor, who works from a relational and strength-based perspective; providing clients with a safe space for collaboration to identify strategies that help overcome difficulties that bring them to therapy. My focus is on working with children/families dealing with relational and developmental issues, as well as with trauma, anxiety, and behavioral difficulties. My experience and your knowledge about your child will allow us to successfully navigate difficult transitions, developmental challenges, as well as marked behavioral and/or emotional difficulties that your child might be presenting.
I have a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Montclair State University. I am certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). PCIT is an evidenced-based treatment, directed towards parents and their children between 2 and 7 years old presenting social, behavioral and/or emotional difficulties.
I love working with children and families from every background; and believe that therapy in the early years of life allows families to build positive life-long relationships and children to be able to develop to their highest potential. Text or email me to learn more about my services and book an appointment.
