I am a licensed clinical social worker and certified recovery coach. I work with clients who are struggling with addiction/ substance use disorder, depression, anxiety, trauma and other related mental health issues that are affecting their ability to function and thrive in life. I also work with families who are struggling relating to each other and work to help them resolve conflicts and open lines of communication between all family members.

Why am I like this? Seeking the answer to this question is the reason people want to work with me. I believe everyone deserves to know, love, and accept their whole self. Through the therapeutic process you will learn the skills to understand your past experiences and face future challenges with more confidence. Healing and self-discovery are long-term investments for yourself and the people in your life. There is no “one size fits all” solution, which is why I incorporate elements from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, DBT, Somatic Therapy, and Attachment Theory into my therapeutic approach.

My practice focuses on the well being of my clients. I provide mental health services for children to adults. My passion is to serve families in the community in need of mental health counseling. I am experience in child play therapy, family therapy, marriage/couples counseling, adolescent,, individual and substance abuse counseling.
