I am a licensed clinical social worker and certified recovery coach. I work with clients who are struggling with addiction/ substance use disorder, depression, anxiety, trauma and other related mental health issues that are affecting their ability to function and thrive in life. I also work with families who are struggling relating to each other and work to help them resolve conflicts and open lines of communication between all family members.
I have extensive experience working with individuals and families that are struggling with substance use disorder issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss and other mental health issues. I use a strengths perspective to work with clients to process and help them to heal their underlying issues and build resilience using their inner resources.
I am a wounded healer and use my past life experiences as well as my extensive clinical skills to work with clients to help them heal their underlying issues and move from surviving to thriving mode to become the best version of one's self.
