My approach to facilitating this change is decidedly strengths based, person-centered, and collaborative. I work with clients to support their current needs while challenging them to change the way they understand themselves and think about their lives. As your counselor, I will be interested in knowing what you want to change about your life. Your desire for change will be the basis of our goals for our work together.

As a therapist, I take into account the various intersecting dimensions of human experience to provide a comprehensive and contextual understanding of the clients I collaborate with. In navigating one’s rich internal topography, I ensure my client’s are compassionately held in this process with a felt sense of wholeness, respect, and humility. With a firm trust in the evolutionary potential of all beings, I would best describe my approach to psychotherapy as integrative and process-oriented.

I have passion and experience working with Parental Counseling, Trans Care, and Dissociative conditions. I especially take pride in my work with clients who have had difficulty finding help elsewhere. Most of my current caseload is comprised of LGBTQIA+ clients.

Hello! I'm a therapist seeing clients remotely in Florida and Massachusetts. I specialize in treating adult children of toxic families as well as the survivors of religious abuse and marginalization due to sexual orientation. Some of my other areas of specialty include burnout, narcissistic abuse recovery, and self esteem. I am currently a student at the Intermediate level of the Somatic Experiencing Professional Training Program.
