I have worked as a therapist for over 20 years and have experience and specialized training in a variety of counseling modalities. I practice a client centered approach, tailoring the treatment to the individual.
I am a Certified Practitioner in Clinical Hypnosis with Rapid Resolution Therapy. I have found this treatment modality especially helpful in clearing negative effects the subconscious mind has been having on emotions, desires, memory, habits, thoughts, dreams, and automatic responses.
I have completed the Level I Marriage and Couples Counseling of the Gottman Institute. I am also a certified 7 Principles for Making Marriage Work Trainer. I have found these and other methods helpful for aiding couples in resolving their differences and creating happy relationships.
