My name is Juan Felipe Diaz, I am a Mental Health Therapist, who is fluent in both English and Spanish. I have been practicing and specialize helping adolescents, families, and adults of all ages to cope with anxiety, depression, and significant life adjustments. I also have a background in treating individuals with other mental health disorders such as mood disorders and substance abuse. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy to help manage struggles you might be going through.
