By shifting ways of thinking to learn new responses, and choosing healthy coping skills, client's will be feeling more content and create the happy, stable, uplifted life that is within their reach. I work with clients from 7 years old, adolescent, teen, adult, and seniors.
Through counseling, clients are able to learn skills to manage depression, anxiety, aggression, PTSD, social avoidance, attention/concentration, and impulsive behavior. This is done through the use of CBT, Solution focused therapy, Narrative therapy, Art therapy, and Sandtray.
Complete comprehensive assessments, conduct individual counseling, couple's counseling, family therapy, group therapy, art therapy, sandtray and play therapy. Train behavioral health providers to be Medicaid compliant, Approved MFT/CPC Primary/ Secondary supervisor for licensed state interns as well as students in practicum.
