Hello! My name is Dr. Vicki Rodriguez (She/Her/Ella) and I want to say congratulations on taking the first step toward therapy! I am a licensed psychologist in the state of Florida specializing in psychological wellness surrounding trauma, reproductive issues, infertility, perinatal mental health, postpartum concerns, difficult birthing experiences, miscarriage, pregnancy and neonatal loss, pregnancy termination for any reason, transition to parenting, and the impact of fertility/pregnancy/loss on relationships.

While life's experiences can cause us to become critical of ourselves, I stand firm that everyone is worthy, important, and capable of healing. Understanding that everyone is the expert of their own life, I will guide you through self-exploration in an accepting and safe environment. All while building skills to improve your overall wellbeing. I am dedicated to providing support and validation to foster the healing. Through my vast experience I have found my passion lies in providing therapy to those dealing with eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, and burnout.

I received a dual master's in Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy at Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Applied Clinical Psychophysiology at the College of Integrative Medicine and Health Sciences at Saybrook University. My practice integrates cognitive-behavioral approaches with art therapy, neuroscience, and mindfulness. Treatment plans are tailored to meet the client's individual needs.

You may be fed up with feeling triggered in everyday situations, being disconnected from yourself and your emotions, & find you cannot remember significant chunks of your life.
