Using a caring and insightful Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach, I help clients have a better understanding of their emotions and experiences, which enables the ability to make better life choices. Each session is catered towards the individual, to ensure that your therapeutic journey is one that is most helpful to you.
My specialties include Trauma Focused CBT, and I have trained other therapists to use this treatment method. Additionally, I have done presentations at university counseling centers on group work, and specialize in work with adolescents and young adults, helping people navigate through times in their life that often bring on change and uncertainty.
If I do not take your insurance, I can help you get out-of-network reimbursement, or can bill many insurances directly as an out-of-network provider. For those who have busy schedules, I also specialize in tele-health, doing Skype and phone sessions. Despite any obstacles, everyone deserves to lead the happy, fulfilling life that they deserve.

Young Adult Women's Group

Adolescent Girls Group
This group is for adolescent girls, and will focus on how to navigate age relevant peer issues, as well as anxiety, depression and family conflict. The group is appropriate for girls who are currently in individual therapy, or who would like group therapy to be their primary form of treatment.

Survivors of Sexual Abuse Group
This group is for young women who are survivors of sexual abuse. It is ideal for anyone who either has already done individual trauma work, or is currently in individual trauma therapy. I’ve spent many years working with survivors of abuse, and have seen a real need for a group of this sort. If you are potentially interested or have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out!
