I work with women experiencing challenges across the entire reproductive life story including infertility, miscarriage, pregnancy, depression, and anxiety as well as typical adjustment to a new baby and transitioning to parenthood. We will work together as a team promoting healing and recovery by focusing on existing strengths and resilience while developing new skills. This can be provided via individual counseling in office, tele-therapy, or in-home counseling sessions. You can expect a non-judgmental attitude, support, and motivation when stepping into a therapeutic relationship with me.
I am passionate about helping and providing support to women who are experiencing concerns centered around childbearing. I have received specialized training in Maternal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International (PSI) and 2020 Mom. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the President and Clinical Director of Provide 4 Inc.
As an expecting or new mom, I personally know that you may be too tired and may be overwhelmed with your pregnancy or new baby to think about yourself and your mental health. It is important for you to know that this is quite common and that you are not alone. I know you want to feel like yourself and do this by engaging in a therapy relationship with me.
