Therapy is a space that we can share, during which we'll be able to talk about life and the things that happen to bring you here, with a goal in mind: Bouncing back from difficulty. During this time we explore ideas, feelings, emotions, and even some behaviors. I want to extend you an invitation to share the gift of human connection with me. Keep in mind that I'm not a problem-solver, nor can I tell you what to do. I use a combination of mindfulness and existentialism in order to empower clients to take an active role in treatment and be proactive in the therapy process. My role is to guide clients to discover meaning and freedom in their life. Helping clients build self-awareness, acceptance, and motivation to create a purposeful life brings me great joy. I work with adults struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, personality disorders and LGBTQ+ related issues. Marital/relationship counseling to overcome obstacles or to improve the quality of relationship with compassion is also offered.

The goal of every client who comes to treatment is to resolve the existing crisis or trauma, manage anxiety, reduce depressive and other symptoms, and return to a state of being that better reflects their optimal functioning.
