I provide screening, assessment, behavioral modification, and counseling services to individuals (3 years through Adulthood) with mild to severe behavioral difficulties who are on the Autism Spectrum and/or have been diagnosed with ADHD. I have expertise with Autism assessment and ABA. I also provide support for the families of children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders. I provide psychoeducational assessments for individuals with Learning Disorders and Intellectual Disabilities. I am familiar with Florida DOE law and how parents/students can access services within public schools in Florida. I also provide CBT for Insomnia to adults and children/adolescents.

I have spent the past 20+ years working with Veterans and their families suffering from PTSD and other trauma related items. I have a deep commitment in working with a variety of families and couples. I am committed to providing individuals and families the highest quality of care using best practices to impact those suffering from severe emotional issues, hopelessness, anxiety, depression and isolation. I am nationally trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Functional Family Therapy (FFT) and Integrative Behavioral Couple's Therapy (IBCT).

Life presents various challenges to each of us as we transition through it. Life’s challenges come from various situations like divorce, childbirth, graduation, sports, school, relocation, new job, going from child to teen, teen to adult, adult to senior, end of life issues, death, spiritual and religious struggles, and bereavement. EMDR is a powerful psychotherapy approach that has helped an estimated two million people of all ages relieve many types of psychological distress including trauma, anxiety, panic, disturbing memories, persistent negative thoughts, depression and post traumatic stress. The EMDR technique allows clients to quickly and efficiently reprocess memories resulting in improved thought processing and emotional well being.
