Our practice focuses on helping you and your family rise through support and encouragement. Everyone has inner strengths that are valuable tools for their growth and journey. Our goal is to help support you or your family member as you discover and use these strengths. Our hope is that through providing a safe space focused on empathy and compassion; you or you someone you love can learn to express emotions effectively and increase knowledge and use of coping and communication tools. These skills can help anyone begin their journey of happiness, healing and wellness.
We love working with clients ages 5 + as they navigate through relationships, friendships, identity, and explore how to achieve goals. We develop strong connections with those struggling with symptoms of anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, and life stressors. We enjoy working with clients who are on the spectrum, anyone processing grief, or trauma.
We have been able to help clients from various age groups including school-aged kids, teens, and adults. There is great joy in assisting any type of family whether that be a single parent, same-sex, blended, divorced, generational, or traditional come together and truly rise.
